Mainstage ‘26-’27 Season

The 26-27 season is a bold, dynamic exploration of American identity, blending intimate human stories with sweeping social questions in recognition of 250 years of American history. From the raw coming-of-age intensity of The Outsiders (March 20–April 4, 2026) and the harrowing wartime drama Cry Havoc (May 22–31, 2026) to the joyful, intergenerational musical Godspell (July 17–26, 2026), the season moves between urgency, hope, and community. By the People (September 11–27, 2026) turns the MainStage into a living conversation through contemporary plays and new Ohio voices, followed by the towering classic A Touch of the Poet (November 13–22, 2026). The season closes with the explosive political rock satire Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (January 29–February 13, 2027), delivering a provocative, emotionally resonant mix of classic and contemporary theatre that speaks directly to the world we live in now.
